I've spent the past year working across risk management, client service, and financial reporting — roles that taught me how to stay calm under pressure, dig into messy data, and explain findings in a way that actually helps people make decisions.

At iFAST, I handle 30+ client cases a day and rebuilt our team's Excel tracking system from scratch because the old one wasn't cutting it. At China Merchants Bank, I wrote weekly market digests for senior management and helped prepare investment reports for high-net-worth clients.

Whether it's building dashboards, running compliance checks, or improving a workflow nobody's questioned in years — I like the work that makes the bigger picture clearer.
